Hi,

I have contact Snooper direct via email asking this question and they do not understand my question.


I purchased my Snooper Syrious Proline S2020 when they first come out, the sat nav itself is ok but it could be better, lacking features other models boost.

As i have a early model i am guessing they must of updated the software/firmware/features/interface in revised software releases.

I have emailed snooper about updated software and they always reply back about map updates. this is not what i am after i mean the base software/firmware which runs the actual snooper. Surely they must updated it and put on new features.

Can I update this? Where do I get it from and how do I update it?
