I've just accomplished my FREE map upgrade for my Nuvi 755T, but cannot find or open the Garmin program on my computer. I recall selecting RUN vs. SAVE when I did the download, and it did the full upgrade on my Nuvi.

What must I do to get an operating program on my computer, so I can go there for all the various purposes? There are NO icons in my Download File, but putting Garmin in the search window brings up two, neither of which do anything when double-clicked. One is a Hard Drive Icon, "Garmin_RM....dmg 2.7GB," and the other is a pale box, "Garmin Gps...gin"

The .dmg file is a disk image you use to install the program. Check the instructions for installing. You may just need to double click the installer, or it may tell you where to drag the file so it can be loaded.
