|

Hi there,
I've been trying in vain to connect my GO 720 to my PC with no luck. I've tried several times to reset and reconnect but no luck. Any suggestions as to what other avenues I can pursue?
Thanks in advance for your help.
PS I reinstalled the latest TomTom HOME from their site this morning too.

Hi!
Just a couple of questions, Does the windows try to detect it? or not at all?
It may be Windows USB Drivers.

| My TomTom One XL requires to be turned on before the computer senses that it is connected. I would have thought connection Alone would be enough... but not so.

| Try connecting to another USB port. If you have a USB port on the back of your computer it will probably be directly connected to your motherboard and be the strongest connection.
