I have a Magellan 4250 and Magellan POI File Editor software. I downloaded the Red Light Camera POI CSV for Magellan. The data looks good and Magellan POI File Editor lets me open and import the CSV just fine. The problem comes when I save the file as a MGLN file. The Magellan software cuts off the Name at 35 characters. The Magellan editor sees these entries as duplicates and does not save them even though the Latitude and Longitude are unique. So for example if I have 20 red light cameras for Orlando FL the Magellan Editor imports ALL the names as Red Light Camera Warning - Orlando and truncates the rest. Now after saving the MGLN file I open it back up to see only 1 entry for Orlando. If someone can verify this I would be very happy.
