| How do I use Co-ordinates Finder? What I mean is, I have found the intersection in Melbourne that I wanted but it shows an area, a large radius, around it. Can you lock in on an exact location of the intersection? If I want to use it again, how do I get straight back to Melbourne (or do I have to drag all the way down from Sydney, like I did this time)?

Single click (or click and drag) in any direction to navigate, double click on location to re-centre. Longitude and latitude of the map centre are displayed.
Navigation bar (the top left corner of the map) is for fast navigation (up, down, left and right). Zoom in and out with 2 buttons below the navigation bar.
The most important: co-ordinates below the map are Lon and lat of the map centre (or location which you select with double click).
Fast city selection will be available soon.

On the maps edit page can we add, Text boxes of the co-ordination of longitude and longitude, so you can cut & paste in the POIEdit online.
Just make in quicker as you have to write down the longitude and latitude everytime to add to POIedit online database.

I have been trying to submit some camera POIs via:
http://www.gps-data-team.com/map/index.php
I center the map on the POI and click "refresh mark"
Then I pick the type of POI, enter a description and click submit:
I get this error:
| Quote: | IMPORTANT NOTICE:
You can not edit this location. It may be already changed. Try to refresh the POI list.
Go back. |
I have looked at the file and no POI already exists for this location.

To add to or edit a data base:
Open a POI file (ex. cameras).
If there is a particular entry you want to edit, click Edit beside it (or delete, etc).
Click Add to enter a new POI (doesn't need to be next to any of the ones in particular on the list). Enter a description and try to keep the format of the other users.
