- Lack of external sound dial.
Other cheaper makes/models have an external dial to change volume, so you can reach your hand to device without taking your eyes of the road!
- Lack of automatic sound adjustment when increasing driving speed.
Other cheaper makes/models have this feature, as the car becomes noisier the volume on device becomes louder!
- Lack of precision on voice commands.
Other cheaper makes/models have a more precise voice commands, like: turn slightly right
When the Garmin NUVI 255 says turn right, it doesnt ALWAYS means just that. - It means slightly right and if Im not looking at the map, I end up turning to the right when its not meant to!!! (some roads bend and the voice command should say slightly right NOT turn right. - Its confusing and very frustrating as I end up turning left or right when it was NOT at all necessary!
