Dear all,

I'm looking for ideas as I'm stuck on my issue since a while. Any help is welcome.


Version: IGO Primo 9.60.13.321005

Issue: Find place are grayed

Gas Station
Along Route <No Items>
Parking
At My destination <No Items>
Restaurant
Along Route <No Items>
Accommodation
At My destination <No Items>

All country poi files are seen in the About help menu
Poi files are stored under /Primo/CONTENT/POI like France_HERE_2017.Q1_170301.poi

Same issue if I downgrade both map and poi to a previous working version.

Personal point of interest under/Primo/CONTENT/USERDATA/POI are not grayed and available (kml files)

Context:
Occurred after upgrading Maps and Poi to HERE_2017.Q1_170301. New maps are working well.Issue is only with Poi's.
