Navman not speaking

My Navman F20 is not speaking from last month.
How do I solve this problem?

Check the connection to the external speaker if you are using one, as they can become loose, or, the connection internally may be disconnected.

The F20 is obsolete now and Navman won't even give you a trade in deal as per some other models.

Check the battery condition or use the service manual for troubleshooting.

My690lmmt wont give verbal instructions

Mine is not giving verbal directions also. Brand new. Is there an unmute feature?

I would check the settings to see if anything has changed, it could be a matter of it changing settings after an update. If not that, then ensure that your speakers are working by trying it with something else. If that works then you know it's an issue with the device - check the cables to see if there are any issues there. Failing any of this I would take it back in to be checked on.
