I just installed Garmin Mobile XT on my HTC HD2 and it works great! No problems displaying on the WVGA screen.

I have a HD2 too. How was the battery life running on it? How fast was the GPS "locking down". When I was using google map, there is huge delay locking down. Thanks.

For me, it picks up quickly, in under 3 minutes usually and everything runs smooth. I've tried Garmin but have gone back to TomTom (guess I'm a creature of habit).

Keep in mind I have the T8585 model, the T9193 might differ.

It looks like there is some design problem with HTC HD2. I have the same device and if you do a search for it, you will find that the only way to improve reception and satellite detection is cleaning contacts of the GPS antenna.

In my HTC HD2 only worked iGo 8 navigation. Garmin didn't works
