What are the best navigation programs for Android and iOS?
Which is more responsive and accurate? How does stock navigation work? Maybe someone has experience with Nokia 920 navigation? |

The key point should be the navigation application, not just OS issue. |

Its a strange question unless you are still considering buying a phone.
I have gone for Android on principle of a more open system, more hardware choice and more features. Android is a multitasking system so you can do many things at once. I chose a Galaxy Note 2 because I think a large screen is important for maps and it needs a phone function for roaming. I hardly use it for voice calls, but since a tablet does not have 2g 3g or 4g then it is stuck with WIFI and that is not generally public in NZ. I have tried several apps for navigation and they are all substandard compared to a Garmin, but they can improve. My current best one is called Maverick. |
