My company uses a product called Navman for truck routing. It uses a Magellan M800 unit with proprietary software. Does anyone have any experience with this unit? Whenever we put it side by side to another Magellan unit the routing is totally different. Can't figure out why.
I too have one of these units & as far as I am concerned,they are not fit for purpose.
It calculates routes with impossible ETA's & distance along with ridiculous routes.
The maps themselves are years out of date despite only being in my van 4 months.
