I have to ring my friend, James who works at Centrelink Rosny Park. Wanted for one hour on the music! No James! The phone machine didn't have a clue what I wanted!
How much does this frustrating automated phone system cost Australians? Get rid of it! Employ someone to answer the phones, give an Aussie a job, save money on benefits !
